Releasing Qualifying Agents: turn thousands of companies into the ones worth targeting
Prospecting in Aira starts broad. Build a list of every company that fits your target profile by filtering on financials, from industry, revenue, and employees down to the details of liquidity, profitability, and cash flow. Then narrow it down with signals: exclude companies with a risk for bankruptcy, or single out the ones with recent funding.
Now you have a list of companies that fit your financial profile. But a financial profile usually does not tell you what products or services a company sells. Search for IT companies and the list still hides the ones that only sell services and hours, because not every IT company is a SaaS company, and no filter can tell them apart.
This is where qualifying agents come in.
Ask one question in plain language, for example "Are they a SaaS company with a recurring revenue business model?", and Aira goes onto every website, scans pricing pages and product pages, and figures out whether the company is a fit for you. Every row gets a verdict: qualified, not qualified, or unknown when the website does not hold the answer.
The verdicts land in your list as the agents read, and the work continues in the background. Start a run across thousands of companies, leave the page, and come back to a list sorted into the ones worth calling and the ones that are not.
With Aira Connect, your qualified list pushes straight into HubSpot or Salesforce, so the companies that passed your question arrive where your team already works.

Examples of qualifying questions to ask
A good qualifying question is one a company's own website can answer with yes or no. For example:
- Do they sell to other businesses rather than consumers?
- Are they a SaaS company with a recurring revenue business model, not a pure services company?
- Do they run their own warehouse or logistics operation?
- Do they sell on contract or subscription rather than one-off projects?
- Do they operate in more than one country?
Qualifying agents are available now for every Aira member across all 14 European markets.
The 14 European markets Aira covers: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Ireland, and Luxembourg.
