Twenty-two years of building Upsales taught us what works in sales software. It also taught us what's fundamentally broken and why nobody's fixed it.
Since the end of 2024, we've been obsessed with one question: What if you could build the world's best AI sales agent and package it in an app anyone can start using in 30 seconds?
No onboarding. No manual data entry. No training. Just results.
We rebuilt everything we knew. Every tool, every workflow, every assumption about what sales software should do, reconsidered from scratch. But also every hard lesson from the last two decades. The mistakes we made. The complexity we added that we shouldn't have. The features that looked smart on paper but died in the real world.

Our history
Aira started as an innovation project inside Upsales at the end of 2024, an attempt to build something the existing platform couldn't become. The idea was too big to stay a side project. So we spun it out.
In May 2026, Aira was distributed to Upsales shareholders and listed as an independent company on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. Two decades of hard-won knowledge about what sales teams actually need, rebuilt from scratch as a standalone company with a single focus.
